Email us
Write to support@coethia.com. Tell us the email address you use for Coethia and what happened. A screenshot helps; leave out patient details and other members' messages.
Can't sign in?
Reset your password. If the email doesn't arrive, write to support@coethia.com. Lost your authenticator? Email hello@coethia.com from the address on your account, and we'll contact you to confirm it's you before we change anything.
Report a post or a member
Open the … menu on the post, message or member's profile and choose Report. A Coethia admin reviews every report within 24 hours. Our Code of Conduct says what isn't allowed.
Your account and your data
To delete your account, sign in, open Settings and choose Delete my account. We'll delete your account and the personal information tied to it within 30 days. Can't sign in? Email support@coethia.com from the address on your account, and we'll confirm it's you before we act. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.
Security
If you think you've found a security problem, email support@coethia.com with “Security” in the subject. Our contact details for researchers are also in security.txt.
